About the initiative

Breaking down barriers, expanding opportunities

We work to expand economic opportunities and inclusion for small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurs, and historically underserved groups by strengthening their financial, commercial, and digital capabilities.
To make this happen, we develop programs tailored to each country’s realities and opportunities, in partnership with local organizations and strategic allies, promoting economic inclusion while valuing local knowledge and resources, encouraging community learning, experience sharing, and network building.
In this way, we break down barriers related to geography, education, and technology so these businesses can grow even further.

Biomes in a Click

Since 2019, we have been developing Biomes in a Click, a pioneering program to support socio-bioeconomy businesses in Brazil. Present in four biomes — the Amazon, Caatinga, Cerrado, and Atlantic Forest — the initiative drives the commercialization of socio-biodiversity products, strengthens sustainable production chains, generates income, and values local knowledge.
Through this initiative, cosmetics, handicrafts, food, and other products now reach consumers’ homes in major urban centers within 48 hours.
In addition to a dedicated space on the marketplace, the businesses have access to networking opportunities, training in online sales, business strategy, logistics, and digital marketing, as well as logistical support, brand consulting, and commercial benefits. They also receive personalized mentoring sessions with experts.
Among the participants, 50% had never sold on a marketplace before, and 30% had no prior experience with online channels.
To implement the program, we rely on consulting from Teçá Impacto and various local partners, including Assobio, Idesam, Origens Brasil, Instituto Auá, Amazônia em Casa Floresta em Pé, Central do Cerrado, and the Bahia que Produz e Alimenta initiative.

CLIC, boosting our local businesses

Launched in Mexico in 2025, the CLIC program, which boosts our local businesses, supports the development of entrepreneurs, cooperatives, and small businesses that are part of regional economies.
In partnership with FIBO Social Impact, the initiative offers free assessment, personalized training, and practical tools to help producers strengthen their projects, digitize their businesses, and expand their connection with consumers across the country, reducing geographical barriers.
We have also joined the Voluntary Agreement to Increase the Production of Products Made in Mexico, a Federal Government initiative created to strengthen the domestic market and the country’s economic development. In this way, we support entrepreneurs in their digitalization, formalization, and access to new markets.
Last year, the program offered a US$ 15,000 incentive fund to SMEs with the best results in areas such as packaging, photography, and visual identity.
