Mercado Pago launches new edition of Ganhaê, Mulher with unprecedented awards

Financial and entrepreneurial education program has already impacted more than 5,600 women across Brazil

Ganhaê, Mulher

Created in 2022, Ganhaê, Mulher is Mercado Pago’s training program that supports women entrepreneurs in strengthening their businesses. In 2025, the initiative brings an exciting new feature: for the first time, ten finalists will receive seed capital to boost their activities.

With free learning tracks available via WhatsApp, the program offers practical content on business management, financial organization, responsible credit use, and an introduction to investments. Participants also benefit from mentoring and specialized advisory services in partnership with Aliança Empreendedora and the edtech Barkus.

So far, more than 5,600 women from different regions of Brazil have joined the training journey, which has achieved a satisfaction rate (NPS) of 93. Each edition strengthens support networks, fosters autonomy, and helps expand income and growth opportunities for women entrepreneurs in sectors such as food, beauty, fashion, and services.

Ganhaê, Mulher is part of Mercado Libre’s socio-cultural investments, which also include initiatives such as Biomes in a Click, a program that supports the commercialization of products from Latin America’s socio-biodiversity, including the Amazon.
