Created in 2020, Redes para o Futuro promotes professional training and employability for people living in the communities surrounding our distribution centers. As well as the chance to participate in Mercado Libre's selection processes, participants receive support for job opportunities in other companies, particularly within the logistics sector.

Redes para o Futuro offers training in technical, socio-emotional, and logistical skills. In 2023, there was a class specifically tailored for individuals aged 40 and above and/or those with disabilities. All participants from this group were successfully employed by Mercado Libre.
